Dyker Heights Residence —Brooklyn, NY
This renovation project transformed a 1940’s two story-plus-attic home and created two distinct living areas for use by an extended, growing family. The interior details balance traditional detailing and style with the simplicity and functionality of contemporary Brooklyn furnishings. A range of local artisans lent their hands to creation of metal work, laying of extensive tile work, and custom furnishings and millwork by our affiliated design studio, Think Fabricate. The project included four transformed bathrooms, two new kitchens, new HVAC systems and electrical, as well as re-cladding of the exterior.
