Huguenot Walkway — New Rochelle BID
New Rochelle, NYThis once dilapidated eye sore of an alley is now known as the beautiful Huguenot Walkway, connecting Huguenot Street to Westchester Place in downtown New Rochelle, blooming with flowers, and creating an elegant linkage at a critical juncture in the downtown. A series of custom “recycled plastic wood” planters in differing heights and depths creates a playful, spirited spot in the downtown. This is one of several projects created by the New Rochelle Downtown Business District and designed by Doban Architecture, in collaboration with Anthony Bufalmante Landscapers.
