PS 75R — NYC School Construction Authority

The exterior envelope of this building, originally constructed in 1984 and used by more than 1500 students, was extensively refurbished and reconstructed. The brick masonry parapets were reconstructed, new soft joints were created and brick was repointed as part of this project. A full roof replacement was also implemented for the entire 180,000 SF school building. All details were in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the Department of Education. In addition, an extensive renovation of the auditorium, including new video equipment, new movable partitions, seating, and restoration of wood paneling was included.
