DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

THINK LIVING
In late November, the New Rochelle Planning Board approved our design for a new, 94-unit building at 30 Locust Avenue, our second project to be approved under the city’s newly implemented form-based zoning. The building is scheduled for construction by a private developer beginning in 2017 and will be leased to Monroe College for student apartments.
THINK MAIN STREETS
In our travels from one end of New Rochelle’s downtown to the other, we appreciated the shortcut and fall plantings at our Huguenot Walkway project.
THINK EDUCATE
Earlier this fall, we envisioned implementation of the Monroe College Facilities Master Plan on lower Main Street.
THINK FABRICATE
We were so excited to see Think Fabricate’s Wall*nut Hexagons…

THINK + [THE EDGE]
This fall’s installment of our THINK + series took place at the Manhattan showroom of Italian lighting design company, Viabizzuno. The concept of ‘the edge’ and its prevalence throughout design was the topic of discussion. Interesting conversation and a great party to boot!
