This new, 28-story, 345-unit, apartment building sits on a prominent site in an urban downtown.The project was approved by the New Rochelle Planning Board in January 2020 and features prominent Iiving green walls at the base which relate to the existing adjoining plaza, and rich brick patterns which recall historic masonry prevalent on Main Street. General cladding systems are brick, stone, and glass. The project features retail space, several parking levels, an amenity level with a fitness center and conference rooms; and a unit mix ranging from studio apartments to 3-bedrooms.
